Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical ef icacy of duloxetine and Escitalopram in the treatment of female depression patients. Methods Psychiatric hospital in February 2013~February 2014 episode treated 60 cases of women as research subjects with depression were randomly divided into group A and group B, n =30. A group treated with duloxetine treatment, group B were treated with escitalopram treatment, and then use the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) assessed the ef icacy of two groups of patients, the use of adverse reactions Scale (TESS) to assess two patients with adverse reactions. Results After treatment, patients were 1,2,4,6 weeks HAMD scores and were compared to pre-treatment significantly reduced, but the two groups of patients after treatment HAMD score comparison, the dif erence was not statistical y significant ( >0.05). Conclusion Two groups of patients overal ef iciency and adverse reactions contrast, the dif erence was not statistical y significant ( >0.05).关键词
