摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes mel itus in the clinical value of overal nursing intervention.Methods Selection of 70 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes received as the object of study, with an average al ocation principle divided the patients into observation group and control group, each group of 35 cases,control group were treated by routine nursing care in the form of observation group of patients using overal nursing intervention for nursing, compare the situation of tuberculosis and glycemic control in two groups of patients, and evaluate the patients satisfaction with nursing care.Results Observation group of patients with good blood sugar control rate and TB cure rate compared with the control group had significant dif erence ( <0.05), and nursing satisfaction compared two groups of patients have significant statistical significance ( <0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional nursing care for tuberculosis patients with diabetes mel itus overal nursing intervention can ef ectively improve the ef ect of treatment and patient care satisfaction, has higher application value and can be applied.关键词
