Abstract
Objective To study the value of TRAb determination of importance in the 131I in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.Methods In our hospital from 2012 June to 2012 nuclear medicine, September Graves 131I treated 764 patients with hyperthyroidism.The TRAb is higher than that of the normal(positive)in 618 cases,TRAb in 146 cases of normal(negative).Results TRAb was positive in 618 cases (19.57%)of 121 patients with early onset hypothyroidism,hyperthyroidism cured 513 cases (83.01%)with failure in 105 cases (16.09%).146 patients had early hypothyroidism in 44 cases of TRAb negative group (30.14%),127 cases were cured (86.99%)in hyperthyroidism,hyperthyroidism in 19 cases (13.01%)healed.Conclusion TRAb negative patients should be appropriate to reduce the dosage in the treatment.关键词
