Abstract
Objective To investigate the-D 1,3-beta glucan detection for clinical diagnosis of invasive fungal infections.Methods From 2013 January to December was diagnosed in 30 patients,20 cases of invasive fungal infection in patients with oropharyngeal colonization of fungi,20 cases of bacterial pneumonia patients and 15 healthy people as the research object,the object of the plasma levels of 1,3-β-D dextran concentration for detection by G test method.Results IFI plasma 1,3-β-D dextran concentration was (29.5±11.5)ns/L,fungal colonization group of oropharynx (12.7±5.1)ns/L, bacterial pneumonia group(13.1±5.2)ns/L,and healthy group(11.7±3.5)ns/L,by comparing the available have dif erence.Conclusion Health fungi oropharyngeal colonization,bacterial pneumonia patients, the plasma levels of 1,3-β-D dextran concentrations were lower in IFI patients,the diagnosis of IFI index for plasma 1,3-β-D dextran concentration.关键词
