Abstract
Objective To analyze the existing safety problems and countermeasures in gynecology and obstetrics nursing. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital of gynecology and obstetrics nursing safety hazard accidents occurred in recent years, to summarize cause potential safety hazard factors analysis, put forward the preventive measures.Results Nursing personnel ability is insuf icient, lack of safety consciousness, patients do not match is the main factor leading to obstetric nursing safety hidden trouble woman, and the implementation of security risks and preventive measures, the quality of care and patient satisfaction were significantly improved, with statistical y significant dif erence ( <0.05) before and after. Conclusion Modern obstetric care exists many hidden dangers, obstetrics and gynecology nursing scientific management mode, ef ectively is the main method to change the status quo.关键词
