摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the ef ect of the second stage of labor of women in both hands to hold the leg delivery position on natural childbirth. Methods 300 cases of singleton, cephalic, pregnant women were randomly divided into no severe complications of two groups with 150 patients in each group. There are significant dif erences between two groups.Results Whether there is a lower limb numbness symptoms, mode of delivery, shoulder dystocia, postpartum hemor hage, fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia( <0.05, P<0.001).Conclusion Women in the second stage of labor were both hands to hold the leg delivery position reduces the natural childbirth after the double lower limb numbness symptoms, shoulder dystocia, fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia and perinatal complication.关键词
