摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the ef icacy and safety of ziprasidone combined with MECT and ziprasidone combined with clonazepam in the treatment of patients with the acute agitation of schizophrenia.Methods 120 schizophrenia cases with excitement and agitation behavior were randomly divided into ziprasidone combined with MECT group and ziprasidone combined with clonazepam group, ef icacy and safety evaluation was conducted at baseline, fourth days, seventh days, fourteenth days and twenty-eighth days respectively. Results The PANSS scale scores between the two groups had no significant dif erence ( >0.05);statistical y significant time trends exciting entry score dif erence ( < 0.05),while in two there was no significant dif erence between group;no significantadverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion Ziprasidone combined withMECT can ef ectively control the symptoms of agitation in schizophrenia.关键词
