Abstract
Objective The feasibility of combined application of B ultrasound and hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of uterine bleeding was discussed,in order to provide help B ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy and application in clinical gynecology inspection application.Methods 120 cases of uterine bleeding were simple hysteroscopy and hysteroscopy combined with B ultrasound examination, and to compare the examination results.Results The detection of single use of hysteroscopy in rate of 74.1%,the number of B ultrasound detection rate using hysteroscopy and the actual patients had no statistical significance,the detection ef iciency of the two methods had obvious dif erence.Conclusion B ultrasound and hysteroscopy combined examination can ef ectively check out patients with lesions,and may reduce the misdiagnosis of patients with complications,which can be used as a safe method to promote.关键词
