Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical ef ect and study of open mastoidectomy combined with tamponade in treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media.Methods The research object is 2010.1~2013.1 in our hospital 100 cases of chronic suppurative otitis media patients,two patients were grouped according to dif erent treatments,50 patients in the control group were treated only with open mastoidectomy,the observation group of 50 cases with open surgery combined with tamponade in treatment of mastoidectomy,the end of treatment the patients of the two groups after hearing improvement and relapse cases were compared with statistics.Results Before treatment,the observation group and the control group of air conduction hearing were (34.3±8.2)dBHL and (35.1±8.1)dBHL,significant dif erence compared to no( >0.05);after treatment,the observation group and the control group of air conduction hearing were (43.2±9.4)dBHL and (34.7±7.9)dBHL,the observation group was significantly bet er than the control group ( <0.05);from the recur ent situation,the observation group of 2 cases of recur ence,the recurrence rate was 4%,6 cases of control group relapsed,the relapse rate was 12%,the observation group was significantly bet er than the control group ( <0.05).Conclusion The ef icacy of radical mastoidectomy combined with tamponade in treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media were significant, which can ef ectively improve the hearing of the patients,reduce recur ence,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
