摘要
Abstract
Objective To discussion Protective ef ect of icari a(ICA) on learning and memory dysfunction by scopolamine-induced in mice.Methods The experimental mice were randomly divided into model group, scopolamine, low and high dose of ICA, Gavage 10d, through independent activity experiment, Morris water maze experiment to detect the changes of learning and memory ability.Results ICA may improve scopolamine-induced locomotor activity in mice , space exploration capabilities and the ability to place navigation, space exploration and shortened mouse navigation test incubation period. Conclusion Icari n could improve the learning and memory impairment induced by scopolamine in mice.关键词
