Abstract
Objective To explore the causes and prevention of the injury of parathyroid in surgery of thyroidectomy.Methods The clinical data of 145 cases of surgery of thyroidectomy were retrospectively analysed in our hospital from January 2005 to November 2013.Results 145 cases of surgery of thyroidectomy,temporary hypoparathyroidism occur ed in 5 cases,no permanent hypoparathyroidism. Conclusion Meticulous biofilm anatomical techniques can greatly reduce the chance of injury of parathyroid.关键词
