Abstract
Objective To study the clinical and pathologic features, diagnosis and dif erential diagnosis of granulocytic sarcoma of the uterine cervix.Methods The clinical manifestations, histopathological features,immune-histochemistry, treatment and prognosis were analyzed in one case of GS of the uterine cervix with review of the literatures.Results One case of GS presented a cervical mass as a primary manifestation.Microscopical y,The nuclei were round and had finely dispersed chromatin.The mitotic rates were visible.Histochemical stains for MPO,CD43,Lysozyme,and CD34 were positive.Conclusion GS of the uterine cervix is rare.GS may be misdiagnosed as lymphoma and poor dif erentiated carcinoma.Wel familiar with the clinical features and pathological characteristics wil be of great help to understand this disease,and avoid misdiagnosis and potential y harmful therapies.关键词
