Abstract
Objective To investigate the peripheral intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma multislice spiral CT diagnosis and dif erential diagnosis.Methods 26 patients with pathological y proven peripheral intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma,retrospective analysis of its multi-slice spiral CT scan with contrast-enhanced CT performance.Results The vast majority of lesions showed unenhanced low density,the 20 cases seen around the tumor or intrahepatic bile duct dilatation,14 cases of liver capsule retraction see 10 See,for example lobe atrophy;three of 19 cases of arterial lesions enhanced to strengthen showed mild to moderate edge continuous or discontinuous ring enhancement,strengthening the central focus is not obvious or mild enhancement,the delay of 23 cases the lesions gradual y strengthened from the edge to the center,strengthening was delayed,central characteristics.Conclusion Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma spiral CT findings with some specificity,plain and enhanced scan has important value in the diagnosis and dif erential diagnosis of peripheral cholangiocarcinoma can be used as a peripheral intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma important inspection methods.关键词
