Abstract
Chemotherapy is the most commonly used treatment for acute leukemia. blood cel s was significantly reduced in patients during bone marrow suppression After chemotherapy, platelet transfusion is used to prevent bleeding, PTR is observed in many patients after repeated platelet transfusions, patients with platelet transfusion refractoriness (PTR) may bleed because of Thrombocytopenia,while Intracranial hemor hage can be life-threatening. Timely and close observation and other aspects of nursing care including psychology, prevention of bleeding, infection prevention, platelet transfusion are indispensable parts for patients to survive the bone mar ow suppression.关键词
