Abstract
To summarize the nursing experience of paraquat poisoning, take early gastric lavage and catharsis, hemoperfusion, increase poison eduction; early large dose of methylprednisolone and cyclophosphamide, in order to reduce the lung injury; protection of vital organ function; anti infection; good oral care and psychological nursing. The patients in our hospital during the period of maintaining ef ective breathing, the recovery of renal function, infection control, oral cavity cleaning, erosion healing, patients were stable, actively cooperate with the treatment and care, improved and discharged.关键词
