Abstract
Objective To use CHN mapping method to evaluate left and right hand bone development of children and adolescents are the same, to provide the basis for clinical application. Methods Screening for trauma from 2008 to 2012 wrist radiographs taken from hospital PACS system, a total of 1 selected 19 patients with 1380 cases, including 19 cases of hands shoot persons (male 3 cases, female 16 cases), more than 1361 cases in 605 cases, right hand left hand X-ray radiography in 756 cases, male 656 cases, female 706 cases. By 2 experienced radiologists, control CHN atlas, blinded assessment of bone age. We randomly selected 60 cases, consistency evaluation 2 observers. Results CHN Atlas method evaluating skeletal age, no significant interobserver and intraobserver dif erences in the same ( <0.05). 19 cases of patients with left and right hands hands X-ray bone age are completely the same;dif erent individual men in 16~16.9, 17~17.9 years of age, women in the 6 to 6.9 years of age, al samples in the 6~6.9, 16 to 16.9 years of age right hand skeletal.Conclusion Regression analysis showed, no significant dif erence between left and right hand bone age (=0.427, =0.670). Using the CHN map method evaluating bone conclusion, no significant dif erences in the clinical application of left and right hands, can be used according to the actual situation, should not be confined to the left.关键词
