新疆某高校卫生事业管理专业学生职业规划调查分析
Investigation and Analysis of Xinjiang a University Health Management Professional Students Occupation Planning

Abstract
Objective Through to the Xinjiang university health administration professional grade 2009~2011 three basic understanding of students' career planning questionnaire survey, in order to solve the students lack of self-knowledge, career orientation, lead to insuf icient learning motivation and impetuous the mentality, and lack competitiveness. Methods By the analysis of the statistical data of SPSS17.0.Results Up to 79%of the students are after dispending choice of this major ,31%of students on career planning is more understanding, but,there are 42.6%of them do not know the content of career planning .31.3% of the students had serious career planning on their own. Conclusion Student's perception of career planning is lack, not enough very clear understanding of their analysis, schools in the career planning education work did not reach the designated position, should strengthen the students' career planning guidance to help students recognize ourselves, and completes the career plan, bet er job.关键词
