摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with laparoscopic appendectomy . Methods The clinical data of 42 patients,who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with laparoscopic appendectomy in our hospital from June 2006 to October 2011,was retrospectively analyzed.We performed laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia at first and then changed laparoscopic entering hole and major operating hole, final y performed laparoscopic appendectomy . Results Al the operatons were successful y completed without converting to open surgery. The mean operation time was (65.0±10.5)min ( range 40~105 min),and no complications happened. Conclusion This kind operation can deal with cholecystitis and appendicitis at same time.It wel made for advantages of less pain,less complications and more rapid recovery,it is worth being used widely.关键词
