摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate microinvasive technique in treating patel ar fracture with arthroscopy. Methods 12 case were operated with microinvasive technique K-wire and tension band. Results 12 patients were fol owed up for 10 months. Al X-rays showed healed fracture 3 months after operation .The score: 7 excel ent,5 good. Conclusion Treatment of patel ar fracture under arthroscopy can achieve smal trauma and internal fixation of fracture with minimal y invasive technique. Early treatment of other joint structure injury.关键词
