Abstract
Objective Glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c)joint fasting plasma glucose (FPG)value to the diagnosis of diabetes research analysis.Methods Randomly selected during March 2012~March 2014, our hospital diagnosis and treatment of 50 cases of patients with diabetes and in our hospital for physical examination of 50 cases of healthy persons,divided into research group (diabetes mel itus group)and control group(healthy control group),the two groups of glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting glucose test,and evaluate the test results compared.Results The team HbA1c(8.16+1.73)%,FPG(9.21+1.46)tendency/L;The control HbA1c (5.21+0.37)%,FPG (5.16+/-0.28)tendency/L;Team of HbA1c,FPG is significantly higher than the control group,the data statistical y significant dif erence ( <0.05);HbA1c associated with FPG levels were positively cor elated ( <0.05).Conclusion Glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood sugar is closely related to each other,which can ef ectively reflect the long-term and instant blood glucose levels in diabetic patients,glycosylated hemoglobin joint fasting blood glucose in diabetes screening has very important clinical significance.关键词
