摘要
Abstract
Objective Study the cor elation of Helicobacter pylori(Helicobacterpylori,Hp)infection and functional gastrointestinal disease(functional gastrointestinal disorders(FGID)through analysising 1094 cases of patients under (14C)urea breath test in the last 2 years in our hospital.Methods Al 1094 cases of patients under urea breath test (14C)were divided into two groups (789 patients with functional gastrointestinal disease is blong I group (according to the standard diagnosis of Rome I I)and 305 cases of healthy (no gastrointestinal symptoms)is blong I group.observe the cor elation of two groups through comparing the infection rate of Hp.Results The Hp infection rate in I group was 68.53%,The Hp infection rate in I group was 32.7%,the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.01).Conclusion Hp infection is closely related with the functional gastrointestinal disorders.关键词
