Abstract
Objective Evaluate the accuracy of vein beating visual technique evaluated by echocardiography to the right internal jugular vein. Methods 64 patients undergoing general anesthesia in spontaneously breathing watch right internal jugular venous pulsation and then use visual markers depict the internal jugular vein diameter and marker trend and quasi puncture points, and then use ultrasound-guided method to evaluate the internal jugular vein diameter and validating the direction and location of the puncture points, measuring the distance to ultrasound guided puncture point (surface central internal jugular vein projection distance);repeat the measurement in mechanical ventilation after endotracheal intubation. Results When the patients are awake ,the no-visual rate was 25.0%;exactly the same rate was 43.8%;basic consistent rate of 15.6%;mechanical ventilation when the visual internal jugular vein and internal jugular vein to ultrasound contrast:not visual rate 9.4%;exactly the same rate was 71.8%;the basical y similar rate was 15.6%;breathing visual method and ultrasonic puncture point distance of (0.44 ± 0.32)cm;mechanical ventilation condition between the distance is ( 0.26 ± 0.12) cm.Conclusion Most of the patients can accurately and visual y jugular venous pulse and direction, and puncture were successful, and mechanical ventilation gaseous state eye measurement accuracy higher, but if the patient cannot visual y to internal jugular venous pulsation, must use other methods for vein puncture. The positioning of internal jugular vein puncture point conclusion visual jugular venous pulsation method can not be completely accurate, but can be observed in the internal jugular vein beating measurement method is relatively simple and accurate.关键词
