Abstract
Objective Investigate ovarian cysts underwent laparoscopic treatment of clinical nursing experience.Methods Enough preoperative preparation,careful preoperative psychological care and patient and meticulous postoperative care,were used in 107 patients with ovarian cysts when cured by laparoscopic,and closed monitoring of vital signs and a variety of concur ent symptoms.Results 107 patients had no intraoperative bleeding and other serious complications, postoperative complications occur ed in 16 patients (14.95%), including fever 2 cases (1.87%), urinary retention 4 cases (3.73%), abdominal distension 7 cases (6.54%), pain in 3 cases (2.80%). The mean postoperative hospital stay was (4 ± 0.37) days.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is an emerging technology, characteristics for surgery specialist care can more ef ectively promote the rehabilitation of patients.关键词
