Abstract
Objective To observe the octreotide treatment cir hosis of the liver the ef icacy and safety of varicose veins rupture bleeding.Methods Grouping control ed trial,a total of 58 cases,including the octreotide group of 30 cases;28 cases pituitrin.Results The peptide treatment group (26 cases ef ective,total ef ective rate 92.85%,pituitrin group 19 cases ef ective,total ef ective rate was 67.85%. Conclusion Mr Qu peptide and curative ef ect of treating esophagus varicosity burst hemor hage was obviously higher than that of pituitrin group,and stop bleeding quickly,curative ef ect,less adverse reaction,low cost,is worth popularizing in basic-level hospitals.关键词
