Abstract
Objective To observe the cyclic adenosine monophosphate cure congestive heart failure treatment. Methods 60 patients with congestive heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group of 30, 30 cases in the control group, the same two groups of conventional treatment. The treatment group received cyclic adenosine monophosphate meglumine 120 mg, 5%glucose injection 200 ml, 1 times/d static point, treatment 7~10d. Were compared before and after treatment of cardiac function improvement. Results The clinical ef icacy of the treatment group was significantly higher ( <0.05). Left ventricular ejection fraction after treatment in the treatment group improved significantly ( <0.01) in the control group showed significant improvement ( <0.05). Conclusion Cyclic adenosine monophosphate meglumine treatment of congestive heart failure have a certain ef ect.关键词
