Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical ef ect of bronchiolitis were taken mechanical y assisted expectoration. Methods 80 cases of bronchiolitis were divided into the study group and the control group, the control group take routine treatment plus budesonide (Pulmicort) inhalation therapy, study group in the control group based on the use of mechanical assisted expectoration, comparative analysis of clinical curative ef ect of two groups of children. Results After the treatment of asthmatic group, pulmonary rales, wheeze and cough symptoms disappear time is significantly lower than the control group, and the total ef iciency was significantly bet er than the control group, the dif erence has statistical significance between group comparison ( <0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with mechanical assisted expectoration bronchiolitis can be achieved relatively good results, clinical symptoms, curative ef ect, is worth learning from.关键词
