摘要
Abstract
Objective To further explore the application value of ultrasonography in children with abdominal pain. Methods From July to 2014 in our department in 2013 July a total of 233 patients complained of abdominal pain and crying children by abdominal ultrasound examination, 197 of which were positive. Results The 197 patients with negative results, 164 cases of mesenteric lymphadenitis, 18 cases of acute appendicitis, intussusception in 12 cases, 3 cases of cholelithiasis. Conclusion Ultrasonography of abdominal pain in children with advantages of non invasive, quick, accurate, and has important clinical value, can be used as the prefer ed diagnostic method.关键词
