Abstract
Objective To investigate the single-hole VATS with experience and methods. Methods In our hospital from May 2013 to December 2013 36 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax in patients with single-hole VATS lung bul ae resection surgery with experience. Results Al patients were unilateral pneumothorax, uses single-hole-assisted thoracic surgery, no increase in operating Kong or (and) observation holes or thoracotomy cases. The operative time 35~100min;bleeding 5-100ml;incision length between 2.0~3.0cm. Conclusion The single hole VATS compared with three holes or two holes law thoracoscopic surgery, with a more simple, but higher for nurses to meet the requirements;and less invasive, less pain, faster recovery, more in line with cosmetology requirements.关键词
