摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the body position intervention for department of thoracic surgery after VATS patients with recovery. Methods 350 patients were randomly divided into 175 cases in the control group and 175 cases into observation group.Control group performed the routine nursing,observation group performed special body position intervention nursing,compared the two groups of patients with postoperative ambulation time.Results Compared two groups of patients ,the ambulation in the observation group was earlier than the control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Postural intervention can promote the department of thoracic surgery patients with postoperative ambulation time,and help to promote the recovery of the patients and improve nursing quality.关键词
