Abstract
Objective To observe the comparative gap and continuous phototherapy treatment ef ect of neonatal jaundice. Methods 98 cases of neonatal jaundice were randomly divided into two groups, and on the basis of conventional treatment, the experimental group and 49 cases with clearance phototherapy, the control group and 49 patients with continuous phototherapy, the comparative analysis of two groups of treatment ef ect. Results Under the same time, the experimental group cure rate is higher than the control group, the incidence of adverse reaction is lower than the control group, the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion Phototherapy treatment ef ect is bet er than that of continuous phototherapy clearance, clearance phototherapy treatment of adverse reaction rate is lower than the continuous phototherapy.关键词
