Abstract
Objective To ensure the care and safety, to provide safe and ef ective for outpatient services. Methods Outpatient care safety risks, enhanced care quality management, develop appropriate care safety management strategies, continuous improvement of the quality of care, strengthen the security of patient care work. Results Outpatient care service satisfaction to remain above 95%, nursing disputes, nursing complaints have been significantly reduced. Conclusion Implementing ef ective care safety management, preventive care disputes, nursing work safety problems occur ed played a very important role.关键词
