摘要

Abstract

Objective Comprehensive evaluation the performance of hospital clinical departments in 2013 work,in order to strengthen hospital management,provides the basis for making scientific decision.Methods Using Delphi method to screen performance indicators,using TOPSIS method and RSR method to analysis comprehensive performance evaluation of clinical departments in 2013. Results There are four departments is great,eight departments is good,seven departments is average,three departments is bad,the evaluation results are in conformity with the actual development of clinical department.Conclusion Combined with TOPSIS method and RSR method,has good utility in clinical department annual comprehensive performance evaluation.
