Abstract
Summarize a major obstacle or factors restricting to the development of translational medicine,and formulate the possible solutions.Through looking up literature to understand the research advances of translational medicine and having an interview with translational medicine management experts and researchers to understand the cur ent problems and possible solutions of translational medicine in the hospital.Cur ently there are many problems in the hospital,so the staf should establish the right concept of translational medicine and the hospital should establish the operation mechanism of integrated medical-teaching and research.关键词
