摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the requirement of hospitalized patients and nurses,which about to carry out"high-quality nursing service demonstration project".Provide a theoretical basis and implemented programs for car ying out targeted,personalized nursing service for dif erent groups of patients,so that the reasonable needs of hospitalized patients get the greatest degree of satisfaction. Methods The self-designed questionnaire,and study the hospitalized patients and nurses'requirement of car ying out"high-quality nursing service demonstration project"in four departments of one hospital,Using the SPSS software to calculate the frequency and percentage.Results There are dif erences in hospitalized patients and nurses about the requirement of car ying out"high-quality nursing service demonstration project".Conclusion When the nurse car y out basic nursing service,need dif erent,personalized,humane nursing methods,to best meet patient needs.关键词
