摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore for upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with ef ective nursingprogram in Department of internal medicine. Methods From 2012 February to 2014 February in ourhospital treated 80 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients as the research object,according to the method of random number wil be divided into control group and observation group of two groups, the control group had 30 cases, the observation group of 50 cases of share, the patients in observation group were taken to Department of internal medicine nursing intervention,take routine nursing to the control group, the contrast observation and nursing ef ect of the two groups of patients. Results 28 cases were markedly ef ective, ef ective in 18 cases, the total ef ective rate up to 92%, significantly bet er than the control group 63.3%, contrast group dif erences significant, <0.05. Conclusion In order to improve the nursing ef ect of patients withupper digestive tract bleeding, to build a good relationship between nurses and patients, improve the overal level of nursing in our hospital, should adopt the unique in Department of internal medicine nursing intervention program of.关键词
