Abstract
Objective To review the laboratory to car y out anti nuclear antibody (antinuclear antibody, ANA) and anti nuclear antibody spectrum detection technology, to explore the practicability of the technology in Anyue area, and to analyze its clinical application value.Methods ANA method for detecting indirect immunofluorescence, immunoblot ing detection of ANA spectrum. Results The results of clinical samples in 1330 cases, ANA number of samples positive for 503 Cases, the positive rate was 37.8% (503/1330), the fluorescence pat ern mainly in particle type, homogeneous type, nucleolar pat ern mainly, at the same time in 503 Cases of ANA specimens positive for antinuclear antibody tests, the number of positive specimens of 241 cases, the positive rate of 47.9% (241/503), ANA spectra in autoimmune disease (AID) in the high positive rate, the majority of antibodies to one or two common positive, positive antibody is more anti SS-A, anti Sm, anti Nucleosomes, anti U1-SnRNP, anti SS-B, joint detection in autoimmune disease (AID) with the important significance of diagnosis. Conclusion Anti nuclear antibody and anti nuclear antibody spectrum joint detection in favor of autoimmune diseases (AID) screening and dif erential diagnosis, the detection technology, strong practicability, and is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
