摘要
Abstract
Objective Latex transmission immune to scat ering immune turbidimetric method and rate nephelometry detection of C -reactive protein results analysis. Methods To compare the analysis of C-reactive protein (CRP) by latex enhanced transmission immunoturbidimetric assay and rate scat er nephelometric immunoassay.Results The cor elation between these two methods is lower when CRP is less than 20mg/L than that CRP is higher than 20mg/L (r=0.944).Conclusion Ef ects of dif erent methods on CRP level detection can be dif erent,and we should complete a criterion for it.Rate scat er nephelometric immunoassay showed higher sensitivity and accuracy according to low CRP concentration.关键词
