Abstract
Objective To find the strategy of reducing adverse events in nursing,a retrospective analysis on the features and causes of adverse events in nursing in a class-3 hospital were performed. Methods The types and features of 215 adverse events in nursing were analyzed.Results The top three adverse events in class-3 hospital were tube slipping,wrong dispensing,fal ing.The ef ects of dif erent work shifts and nurse-seniority on the adverse events were significantly dif erent ( <0.01).Conclusion These adverse events in nursing in a class-3 hospital had their own rules and features. The administrators should strengthen the management of these adverse events according their rules and features to ensure the safety of patients.关键词
