摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the ef icacy and adverse reaction of intensity modulat ed radiotherapy combined with XELIRI to treat postoperative recur ence or Metastasic of rectal cancer.Methods 45 patients with postoperative recur ence or Metastasic of rectal cancer were treated with intensity modulat ed radiotherapy combined with XELIRI,1.8~2.0Gy/f,total 55~60Gy,21days as a cycle.After 3month of radiotherapy,checking the CT of the pelvic cavity again.Results The overal response (CR+PR)rates were 80%.While the adverse reactions were grade 1 to 2 acut e toxicities.Conclusion Radiotherapy combined with XELIRI ef ective and less side ef ection in treating recur ent rectal cancer.关键词
