Abstract
Objective To study the central outside ICU patients with postoperative nursing quality management ef ect. Methods March 2012~ March 2014, the author on the hospital outside ICU heart surgery of 98 cases of patients as the research object, according to random number table method, its average can be divided into two groups, 49 cases in each group. A group of central outside ICU patients with postoperative adopts normative nursing quality management, as the observation group;A group outside the central take routine nursing care, postoperative ICU patients as control group. Comparative analysis of the nursing ef ect of two groups of patients. Results Observation group patients ICU delirium, iatrogenic injury, unplanned extubation, nursing complication rates were significantly lower than the control group and observation group of endotracheal intubation indwel ing time and keep the ICU was shorter than the control group, observation group of patients satisfaction is higher than the control group, the dif erence had statistical significance ( <0.05). Conclusion Postoperative heart outside the ICU implement standardized nursing quality management to improve the nursing quality and nursing safety, and reduce the postoperative complications, improve patient satisfaction, benefit patients a lot.关键词
