摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the role of arthroscopy cleaning technique combined oral glucosamine hydrochloride and double red vinegar for treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA) recent clinical curative ef ect. Methods Choosing our department has the cor ect arthroscopic surgery of knee osteoarthritis (KOA), 72 cases of patients. Were randomly divided into control group and experimental group and the control group only line under arthroscopy cleaning technique, the experimental group line cleaning technique under arthroscopy combined oral glucosamine hydrochloride and double vinegar for treatment. 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks after rate and curative ef ect analysis. Results Two groups of knee preoperative and postoperative 6,8 weeks Lequesne index score comparison, the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05); Two groups of 4 and 6 weeks after curative ef ect comparison, the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion The arthroscopy combined oral glucosamine hydrochloride and double red vinegar for treatment of KOA than arthroscopic surgery, for the clinical treatment of KOA provides a new method of treatment.关键词
