Abstract
Objective To study the ef ects of treatment with combination of analysis of slip technology free flap transplantation and bone segment of tibia osteomyelitis in patients with bone defect.In 70 patients with tibial osteomyelitis bone defect patients .Methods In the study are selected from in 2010,May -2013 year in May the hospital department of orthopedics treated patients, al patients underwent free skin flap transplantation combined with bone segment sliding technology treatment.Results After treatment,the patients al flaps survived completely,6 cases of patients with distal skin necrosis after dressing change cure,obtained after the treatment,8 patients had pin tract infection,after antibiotic treatment to obtain the control.Al patients with bone segment slippage broken end completely healed,which direct healing in 52 cases,bone transport distal end because of fiber connection appeared and bone grafting for the treatment of 18 cases.Conclusion For patients with tibial osteomyelitis of bone defect using sliding technology of free flap transplantation and bone segment with remarkable therapeutic ef ect,is worthy of at ention.关键词
