Abstract
Objective To observe the ef ect of stereotactic minimal y invasiveintracranial hematoma removal ef ect on the levels of inflammatory mediators in the treatment of cerebral hemor hage. Methods 60 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemor hage,were randomly divided into two groups,NIHSS score and the average volume of hematoma in two groups (calculated according to the formula)no statistical y significant dif erences between the.Department of internal medicine group,operation group at admission examination of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-a),interleukin-1 (IL-1),interleukin-6, interleukin (IL-6)-8 (IL-8);Department of internal medicine group,operation group after 24 hours of review the inflammatory mediators,and compared,to observe the changes inoperation group and Department of internal medicine group levels of inflammatory mediators.Results The Department of internal medicine group ofinflammatory mediators (TNF-a26.77±28.58,IL-Ⅰ305±169.55,IL-6 639.94±436.48,IL-8 159.98±303.91),operation group of inflammatory mediators (TNF-a19.89±4.08,IL-Ⅰ171.75±78.87,IL-6 977±659.13,IL-8 72.89±56.07),inflammatory medium operation group was longer than the Department of internal medicine group of inflammatory medium decreased ( <0.05),with significant dif erences,with statistical significance.Conclusion Stereotactic minimal y invasive intracranial hematoma after 24 hours can significantly reduce the systemic inflammatory response in patients with intracranial hemor hage.This may for intracranial hemor hage were treated with stereotactic minimal y invasive hematoma aspiration is to provide clinical evidence for a bet er method for treating the hypertensive cerebral hemor hage.关键词
