Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical ef icacy of bronchoalveolar lavage in the treatment of bronchiectasis with infection.Methods Randomly selected in 2013 February~2014 February 72 cases of bronchial our hospital expansion with infected patients,divided into two groups,the control group given routine treatment,the study group were treated with bronchoalveolar lavage treatment,compared the ef ect of treatment group two.Results After the treatment,the study group blood gas index,improve the degree of symptom remission time,hospitalization time and total ef iciency dif erence compared with control group,there were statistical y significant ( <0.05).Conclusion The curative ef ect of bronchoalveolar lavage to give patients with bronchiectasis with infection significantly,has the value of clinical application.关键词
