摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative ef ect of minimal y invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for treatment of complex renal calculi combined with flexible ureteroscope. Methods 60 cases were diagnosed in 2012 April to 2013 April method for hospital treatment for complex renal calculi patients as research object randomly divided into two groups,treatment group were treated by minimal y invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with flexible ureteroscope for treatment,the control group with conventional treatment of minimal y invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment method.Al patients admit ed to hospital received routine treatment in the same,the clinical ef ect were compared between two groups.Results The clinical ef ect of treatment group in the course of treatment was obviously superior to the control group, <0.05 has statistical y significant dif erence between the group two.Conclusion The application of minimal y invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with flexible ureteroscope has bet er clinical ef ect for the treatment of renal calculi,worthy of promotion of the use.关键词
