Abstract
Objective To investigate the way of uterine scar pregnancy and delivery options.Methods From 2013 July to 2014 July during pregnancy in our hospital 200 cases again scar uterus,on the mode of delivery,pregnant childbirth results,complications were retrospectively analyzed.Results 200 cases of maternal uterine scar pregnancy,93 cases of parturients cesarean section operation,there were 107 cases of vaginal delivery mothers.Spontaneous vaginal delivery bleeding,fever,neonatal asphyxia indicators are bet er than the cesarean section,there is a significant dif erence between the two groups, <0.05,there is no significant dif erence between the neonatal weight index, >0.05.The first cesarean section hemor hage,fever indexes are bet er than again cesarean section,there is a significant dif erence between the two groups, <0.05,neonatal asphyxia,neonatal weight index had no significant dif erence, >0.05.Non scar of vaginal delivery of maternal bleeding,fever,neonatal asphyxia,maternal neonatal weight indicator than vaginal delivery had no significant dif erence, >0.05.Conclusion For pregnant women with uterine scar pregnancy again,take the form of vaginal delivery can reduce the maternal and fetal harm,and lower cost,lower complication rate,in scar uterine pregnancy maternal indications meet the conditions,should choose the vaginal delivery mode.关键词
