Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical value of central gyrus region application of micro operation treatment of giant meningiomas. Methods To observe 12 patients with central gyrus region object of giant meningioma patients underwent microsurgical operation as, excision treatment, analysis of therapeutic application of micro operation the rate of total resection, subtotal resection rate and dysfunction improvement rate. Results Al the patients with total resection rate of up to 83.33%, near total resection rate was 16.67%, the patients had no intraoperative death. Conclusion The resection rate of micro operation is higher in the central gyrus region giant meningioma patients, also has a higher postoperative dysfunction improvement rate.关键词
