Abstract
Objective Analysis and summary of hand foot and mouth disease in hospital and clinical characteristics in children with epidemic.Methods A retrospective analysis of 378 cases of hand foot and 2013 data from January to December in our hospital were mouth disease in children.Results Among 378 cases male 217 cases, accounting for 57.41%;161 cases of female, male, the proportion accounted for 42.59%;female patients was 1.35∶1;mainly concentrated in the age of 1 to 4 years, accounted for 73.28%;the second quarter the highest incidence was 57.67%;the highest incidence of acute bronchitis, accounted for 22.49%;378 cases had rash or oral ulcerative herpes;acute bronchitis was the highest, accounted for 22.49%.Conclusion Children with hand foot mouth disease incidence in 4~June, often associated with complications, below 4 years old the incidence, timely treatment the prognosis is usual y good.关键词
