Abstract
Objective To evaluate elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures, take the ef ect of dif erent treatments. Methods Select two clinical patients, to one of the conservative treatment;On another surgery. Results Conservative treatment with more complication and long hospital days , not cured. one of Surgery patients discharged smoothly and shorten hospitalization days .Conclusion Taking surgical treatment timely could help elderly patients bet er recover.关键词
