Application of Foley's Catheter in Otolaryngology Techniques
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the Foley's catheter application techniques in otolaryngology. Methods Foley'catheter for endoscopic surgery in blocking postnaris,sinus ir igation in postoperation of nasal endoscope, for postnasal packing, auxiliary nasal cavity foreign body and esophagus smooth and flat foreign body removal. Results With the Foley's catheter application, it completely avoid the discomfort caused by the secretion and blood stream or other pathology tissue pass through nasopharynx to oropharynx in process of endoscopic surgery, reduced the postoperative complications about sinus adhesion and shut ing, bring easy and rapid opration for doctor in postnasal packing,eliminated risk of nasal foreign bodies fal in the airway,It's so simple, convenient, economical to removal smooth flat esophageal foreign body. Conclusion Foley's catheter, ENT applications ef icacy exact worth promoting.关键词
